(AP) A Wisconsin man accused of rape of an elderly woman on a bus was ordered held on $150,000 bond Thursday as prosecutors continued their investigation.
Prosecutors said in court documents they have more than 1,200 new pieces of evidence and more than 300 pages of interviews that shed new light on the crimes.
The alleged victim told authorities the alleged attacker, who she said was white, was on the bus and asked her to go to the restroom, where he had sex with her.
The alleged victim said she was afraid of what would happen if she refused.
Prosecutors have asked the judge to release the man on $250,000 bail.
