He shared these tips in the book with French comedian and fitness blogger Louis Piquet, who recently posted a similar video to the one posted by Leo on YouTube.
In the clip, Leo talks about how he uses a combination of “traditional and exotic foods,” such as a traditional tomato salad and a salad of kale, to get the “balance of the body.”
He also talks about eating at least two meals a day and not rushing things.
Piquet says Leo’s video is a big success, especially after the celebrity chef and fitness expert was featured on French TV’s “Le Vie La Vida” in January.
Pique, a Parisian chef and nutritionist, says Leo is a true genius who is a genius in the field of dieting.
Leo says his goal is to stay “healthy and fit.”
Piquets book “Le Vida La Vie” is about Leo’s experience of going through his own weight loss and has garnered the attention of celebrities and sports stars.
He also has his own YouTube channel and Instagram account.
He says Leo has inspired people all over the world to make a change and help others do the same.
“His book is one of the most successful ones in the history of fitness and nutrition,” Piquets told CNN.
